1-21. TIPS for back massage 1: Opening of the legs.

 


 
HOW TO OPEN THE LEGS OF THE CLIENT
 
USE OFTEN:
This procedure can be used often during this tantric massage session, use it if and when required.

BREATH:
Make sure the client and the practitioner are breathing in the tantric manner.
Breathe in through an open mouth, stomach goes bigger.
Breathe out through an open mouth, stomach goes smaller.
Make an audible sound on the outbreath.

ONE LEG AT A TIME:
Slowly and firmly take one ankle of the client’s legs in your one hand.
Lift up the foot and slightly pull the leg towards yourself.
Slowly and firmly place the other hand under the knee of the client’s leg.

Once the whole leg in the air then it can be moved slowly.
Slowly place it back on the towel.
Remove your hands slowly and softly.
Do not lift the leg too high.
BE GENTLE.

DURATION WITH CLIENT: 1 minute with each leg.

REPETITION:
Only use when you want to open the legs of the client.
